16 year-old Siobhan Owen was voted “Most Outstanding Emerging Talent” at the 2009 SA Folk Awards. Classically trained, Welsh-born Siobhan turns her haunting soprano voice and delicate harp playing to Celestial Echoes, a repertoire of traditional Celtic songs.
